The Vitamin Widget provides you useful information about every vitamin. It tells you how a selected vitamin helps the body. It also tells you about the source of that perticular vitamin you selected on screen. Select a fruit or vegetable and it will provide you complete detail about that fruit or vegetable. For example - what all vitamins you get from that fruit and what all good it have for your body. Size - 1.4 MB These lists can always be accessed, even when you're offline. To view the smoothie recipes you will need an internet connection and if you want to upload your own recipes you will need to create an account.
